How long does shipping take?
Order processing times typically range from same-day to within 1–2 business days, depending on supplier handling. While most deliveries arrive within 4–7 business days, certain items may take longer—any extended lead times will be noted on the product page. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, but rest assured we prioritize prompt delivery and proactive communication at every step.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Return Window on all standard items. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy located at the bottom of this page.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at support@elitebackline.com. Once an order is in transit, our standard return policy will apply.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any visible damage is noticed—including to the packaging—make note of it when signing the delivery receipt. If you're unable to inspect the item during delivery, sign with the note "possible damage." Should any damage be confirmed after unpacking, send clear photos to support@elitebackline.com, and we’ll assist with a replacement or resolution.

How do I place an order?
To order online, just select the item you'd like, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed through the checkout process. Enter your billing and shipping details to complete your order. Prefer to order by phone? Call us at (877) 702-3159 for assistance. Once submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation via email.

When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send a follow-up email with tracking information. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you’ll be notified within one business day.

Will I receive email confirmation?
Yes. Each order placed through our store generates an automatic email confirmation. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We recommend saving your confirmation email for reference.

Is sales tax applied to my order?
Elite Backline operates out of Tennessee, so sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state. Orders shipped outside Illinois are tax-free, offering added value for businesses across the country.

Can I modify an order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped, we can update it for you. Just email us at support@elitebackline.com to request changes.
